"It is impossible for us to fail when we
do our best when we are on the Lord’s errand."
—M. Russell Ballard
I don't know if anyone has seen it yet, but the
church has made an addition to Family Search. It looks like they bought a third
party company called Puzzile that allows you to be able to track your family
even easier. One thing that was cool was you can go back to one of your
ancestors and see all of their decendence, allowing you to be able to see all
of your cusins and recent relatives.
A few weeks ago on splits we were knocking
doors and this lady said she was busy, but said we could try stopping by again.
We stopped by twice sence then and both times the same woman answered but said
she was busy, and sugested stopping by before 18.00 (6:00 pm). We stoped by
again Saturday morning, her husband answered and let us in. We then taught a
short lesson on the Restoration. It went great! Per the dad, spent most of the
lesson keeping the two kids out of trouble, but the mom Maryanne was really
interested. She said she liked everything we said, she is from Brazil and was
raised Catholic, but she doesnt agree with all the Catholic beliefs. We set up
another lesson and she seems really excited to read the Book of Mormon. Elder
Hinrichs and I came out of the lesson with smiles spread across our faces.
We're teaching a family!

Highlight of the week! Michelle is getting
baptised! Yesterday after church she came to us and said that durring sacrament
she had been praying about a date. She felt good about March but didnt think it
was specific enough so she chose the 15th and felt it was right. She is
definatly ready. Elder Hinrichs and I have hardly done anything to help, she
has been prepared for a while for this. "The feild is white all ready to
harvest." And we are seeing the effects, in the mission there are
currently 28 people with a baptisimal date for this year, and four have been
baptised.

Bunch of Burtons!
So we found out we have been using fabric softener instead of soap to wash our clothes for the last few months. Elder Hinrichs has been using it for the last five months that he has been in Odense. The Senior Couple came over this week for apartment checks and showed us that when you shake the bottle it doesn't create soap suds, then Elder Hinrichs looked up a word in the dictionary that he thought was rinse/wash and turned out to be fabric softener. We have normal soap now so I guess our laundry is going to actually get clean now. Although it doesn't smell like lavender anymore.

Its been sunny the last two days! Yesterday when we came out of the Apartment it was blinding. Our eyes have been so use to a sky without sun for the last few weeks that having the sun out hurt to even look at the road, the roads here seem to be really reflective. It was so nice though. We were trying to soak up as much of it as we could. Todays been a Little colder but the sun is still out so the Cold isnt noticed.
Sorry if random Words are capitalised I think something is wrong with this key board.
I finnished reading my seccond time through the Book of Mormon this week. I have come to love the Book of Mormon, every time I hold it I feel the truth of it radiate out. I plan on having a Book of Mormon in every room of my house once I get my own. The book inspires me and gives me a view of what it is that God wants me to be doing. I've started reading the D&C and I've been enjoying it a lot. Its really easy to swap out the names for whoever the revelations are for and to put your own name in its place. As you read you learn more in reference to your own life.
