I was able to travel back to Roskilde on Saturday for the Pelargu families baptism! It was great to see them again, and to see the testimonies that they have grown. Filda, the mom, and the nine year old daughter Katia, both bore their testimonies after the baptism and the spirit was very strong. It was great, when Katia bore her testimony she basically said "The church is true, and all those who aren't members should be." So true! There are so many amazing blessings that come through the church of Jesus Christ and His gospel. The gift of the Holy Ghost that comes after one is baptized is an incredible gift, that we can have direct help and guidance from a member of the godhead. To enlighten our minds, to warn and inspire us.

Okay, so if you haven't heard yet you probably will soon enough on the news. There was a terrorist attack yesterday in Copenhagen and two people were killed. Something about a comic drawn like seven years ago. The church security called President Sederholm yesterday morning and he flew back to Denmark from Iceland. The church is taking precautions, missionaries in Copenhagen are having there district meetings in other cities and I believe they are being asked to come in earlier in the evening temporarily until things calm down. Kind of crazy, Denmark is the last place I would have expected a shooting.

Other than that though we have been having a great week here in Randers. With the areas combined we have so much work, and so many people to visit. We taught a total of 23 lessons this last week, something I've never done my whole mission. We have a lot of great people we're teaching. Another Gert, not the one I've previously mentioned. He has recently given up drinking and is progressing a tone with his goal to give up smoking. He had been smoking about 18 cigarettes a day, When we visited him yesterday he was averaging around 6 or 7. He plans to work his way off of them until the 21st of March when he plans to be completely done smoking.

Well I'm staying here in Randers as the new district leader with Elder Sakurada as my companion. He comes from Roy, has worked at Camp Bartlet for a few summers and has wrestled sense he was a little kid. So we have quite a lot in common. He's been out for about six months, maybe seven. The same MTC group as Elder Amos.

This next transfer is going to be great! With the combining of areas we have so much work to do! We have a lot of very positive investigators we are working with, and we keep finding a lot more. The work is accelerating.

Speaking of which this last week Simon, Lise lottes husband, has accepted a baptismal date as well as the Pelargu family I taught in Holbæk! I'm going to try and make it to their baptisms but we'll have to see. It costs quite a bit to get back to Holbæk.

Well the snow just keeps coming. It melted off at one point because of some rain we received, but we're back to a good layer of snow. Last Monday I bought a new pair of shoes, more like black leather hiking boots that pass very well as church shoes. They've been great, very comfortable and completely dry.

This last week we used some time to move out of our apartment and in with the other Elders. So right now we have four living together. Kind of crazy, Elder Amos and I are still living out of our suit cases because we don't know exactly who will be leaving next Monday. Normally we would find out today who's transferring but last night the assistance texted the mission saying calls wont come until Friday, meaning missionaries will only have Saturday and Sunday to pack.

We have a baptismal date with Lona for the 21st of March! She now has a good goal to work for to be ready for baptism. We're going by tomorrow to give her a blessing, the doctors have recently found a tumor in one of her breasts. She isn't doing to great health wise right now, maybe two weeks ago they also found a tumor or something in her back.
